Developed by the INVpack team, LUMO is an AI system directly integrated into their packaging machines. Its goal is clear: to improve operational efficiency and transform the relationship between people and technology on the production floor.
What is LUMO?
LUMO is a smart assistant that operators can interact with in real time. It allows users to make inquiries about machine operation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and more all through an accessible interface designed for industrial environments.
The system responds immediately and accurately, simplifying daily tasks and reducing dependence on technical manuals or external support.

Although introduced alongside the BY3 EVO, one of INVpack’s most versatile stick pack packaging solutions, LUMO is compatible with other machines in the catalog, making it a cross-functional tool within the factory.
Its implementation represents a key step toward digitalizing packaging operations, bringing industrial AI into practical, user-centered application.

During the latest edition of Vitafoods, INVpack gave attendees the opportunity to experience the potential of LUMO firsthand.
