Effytec, international reference for the manufacturing of horizontal sachet and pouch packaging machinery for a wide range of different sectors, highlights among its solutions presented at ProPak, t
he full servo technology enables Effytec machines to facilitate format changes quickly and efficiently, ideal for those companies with high turnover of pouch sizes. Moreover, the GP44 model represents an expansion of Effytec’s machine range. This model can produce big pouches, up to 220 mm in width, in a duplex version for flat pouches, stand up pouches, with zipper application or corner valve. Effytec offers an integrated checkweigher system along with feedback to filler for total reliability in the quality control of the packaging line, both for the packer and for the end customer. Finally, In a significant development, Effytec has joined with Aurum® for machines able to be complemented with product manufacturing lines and aseptic filling to meet the highest sterilization requirements. INVpack, leaders in design and manufacturing of multi-lane equipment to form, fill and seal stickpack and sachets, will be at booth N51. As VFFS machinery manufacturers they will show the best single dose packaging solutions. Also there will be an example of its machinery, at this the BY3 EVO, a compact machine for stick pack packaging.
For the first time, Mengibar presents a high speed multipurpose Filler Capper Monoblock that handles PE and HDPE bottles manufactured in India. Mengibar’s Indian partner, Clearpack, is responsible for its development, construction, and installation. Clearpack wanted to be able to offer Indian customers the first-class technology manufactured in Europe by Mengibar without requiring them to invest in an European machine. The new Mengibar – Clearpack Filler Capper Monoblock fills any kind of liquid regardless of its viscosity or foaminess in a variety of plastic bottles and sizes. POSIMAT, the world leader in solutions for unscrambling and handling empty plastic bottles, will be attending the ProPak Asia Exhibition to gain firsthand insights into the challenges faced by their clients in Asia. POSIMAT will introduce their cutting-edge technology, including both classical rotary and robotic unscrambler solutions. Visit them at stand K57.
