The APLINK HRX SERIES has been designed with a 100% modular philosophy, allowing manufacturers to configure their coding systems according to the specific needs of each production line. Thanks to its independent printhead system with flexible positioning, these printers facilitate quick and adaptable integration into industrial environments that prioritize efficiency and digitalization.
Industrial Coding in two colors: Ideal for pictogram marking
The APLINK HRX BICOLOR marks a turning point in dual-color simultaneous printing, being the ideal solution for environments that need to highlight critical information, such as pictograms and text in compliance with the Reach CLP regulation. By eliminating the need for adhesive labels or additional printers, it reduces costs and optimizes operations.
With a vertical resolution of 180 dpi per color and up to 1,440 dpi horizontal resolution, these systems guarantee exceptional definition and contrast. They also incorporate the CPE (Contrast Per Element) system, which allows adjusting the contrast in specific areas of the message, optimizing readability and minimizing ink consumption. A bottle detection system protects the printhead from loading errors or ink changes and even alerts when consumables are about to expire.
High message printing: Ideal for large boxes
Designed for production lines handling large boxes, the APLINK HRX MAX offers a printing height of up to 140 mm (5.6”), while maintaining a high vertical resolution of 180 dpi and up to 1,440 dpi horizontally. Like the APLINK HRX BICOLOR, it features the CPE system and bottle detection to avoid errors.
Both printers stand out for their scalability, allowing up to four printheads to be connected and controlled from the same 10” HMI screen. They are also compatible with the UBS DESIGNER and UBS LABMAN software, enabling design creation and complete control of the industrial coding process, even remotely.
UV LED curing system: Immediate and efficient drying
UV LED technology has become a high-performance solution for industrial environments seeking efficiency and durability. Its instant curing system allows ink to dry on both porous and non-porous surfaces, ensuring a long-lasting and sharp mark even in demanding conditions. Furthermore, since it doesn’t require solvents or generate hazardous waste, it promotes safer working environments and reduces environmental impact. The durability of the marking and the low maintenance make this technology a strategic option for companies committed to responsible production processes.
