In the 2024 edition of Hispack, the leading packaging trade fair in south-west Europe, Barcelona Packaging Hub has been present with great impetus. Our association brings together the main manufacturers of high quality packaging machinery in Spain. We have taken advantage of this platform to show the world the excellence and competitiveness of the Spanish industry in integrated packaging solutions..
From May 7 to 10, our stands became a hotbed of innovation and collaboration. We have presented a wide range of integrated solutions for packaging lines. From packaging, coding and labeling equipment to filling, packing and palletizing systems. We have also offered a complete range of solutions for our customers’ needs.
Participation of our associates in Hispack
In this edition, a total of nine Hub companies were present at the fair. Hub members participating in this edition include: Effyteck, INVpack, Jorpack, Mengibar, Movitec, Posimat, Synchropack, TMI y United Barcode Systems.
Lucas Palma, director of Barcelona Packaging Hub, has highly valued the participation of Hub companies in Hispack 2024. Innovations presented by Hub companies included:
- EFFYTEC, celebrating its 20th anniversary, brought the HB32 TRIPLEX, a special machine for flat sachets with an output of up to 240 sachets/minute.
- INVpack showed the C2 rotary machine for pod packaging and the BY3 EVO for vertical flexible packaging in stick pack format.
- Jorpack attracted attention with its collaborative robot and its Special Edition Hispack 2024 Fair.
- Mengibar introduced the Swirl filling machine, a revolution in the cosmetics industry that turns everyday products into extraordinary experiences.
- Movitec offered a demonstration of the Saturn S8 with the application of corner protectors.
- Posimat highlighted its COMPACTBOT Robotic Positioner and the MICRO model rotary positioner.
- Synchropack presented the latest innovations in flowpack technology.
- TMI surprised with the EFS HS high-speed bagging machine and the ILERBAG HS, optimized for the chemical and petrochemical sector.
- United Barcode Systems exhibited the APL 80S and APL 80ELV models for pallet coding, and the APLINK MRX72e inkjet printer.
