Barcelona Packaging Hub continues to add talent and knowledge with the inclusion of a new partner and two new technological partners in the first semester of 2023.
Posimat, a new associate of Barcelona Packaging Hub
The new associate that has joined Barcelona Packaging Hub is Posimat. Posimat supplies empty plastic container positioners, as well as all types of bottle handling systems: orienters, silos, rinsers, and conveyors of various types for diverse products and sectors, such as detergents, cosmetics, motor oils, pharmaceuticals, beverages, and food, among others.
With the addition of Posimat, Barcelona Packaging Hub expands its capability to offer high-quality machinery in packaging lines. The network of leading companies in machinery and technology collaborates to provide a comprehensive solution to the packaging industry’s needs. Currently, the Hub has a total of thirteen companies, including Effytec, INVPack, Mengibar, Synchropack, United Barcode Systems, Volpak and Xolertic – Prodec, who stand as founding companies. In 2022, Jorpack y Movitec joined, and this year, Posimat joined as a new associate.
New technological partners: Bosch Rexroth and Universal Robots
However, the novelties don’t stop there. Barcelona Packaging Hub welcomes two new technological partners: Bosch Rexroth and Universal Robots.
Bosch Rexroth, a leading provider of efficient automation solutions for industrial and mobile applications, boasts extensive expertise in electric drives, gear technology, linear motion technology, assembly, and more.
On the other hand, Universal Robots, a leader in manufacturing cost-effective, safe, and flexible collaborative robots, offers various industrial automation solutions. With this expansion, the association solidifies its position as a reference for technological innovation within the packaging industry.
